The gap was always there.
We built a business to close it.

ProtonVix was founded after watching the same failure pattern repeat itself: a company purchases Zoho, engages a generalist partner, receives a configuration that looks like a demo, and two months later has a system their team refuses to use. The software wasn't the problem. The implementation was.

We built ProtonVix around a different model. Every engagement begins with a business architecture review — a deep audit of how the client's organisation actually operates — before any configuration begins. We build to workflows, not to defaults.

Today we work exclusively with international clients — businesses in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and across Europe — who need a Zoho specialists that understands their commercial context, communication standards, and timezone realities.
