How long does the strategy call take?
30 minutes, hard stop. We respect your time. If the conversation warrants more depth, we'll schedule a follow-up technical discovery session but the initial call is always 30 minutes. You'll leave with a clear sense of whether ProtonVix is the right fit, a rough scope, and an honest cost range.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
No formal preparation required. The three things that make the call more productive: (1) knowing your current tech stack (what CRM or tools you're using today, even if it's just spreadsheets); (2) a rough team size and the number of people who will use Zoho; (3) your primary objective whether that's replacing an existing system, improving adoption on a current Zoho setup, or building a new integration. Beyond that, the questions we ask are designed to uncover information you might not have thought to include.
How quickly can a Zoho project start after the call?
