The firm managed operations across Dubai and London with two disconnected CRM platforms, a standalone legacy billing tracker, and individual partner inboxes. It was difficult to view international client billing aggregates, resulting in billing cycles dragging on, matter progress stalling, and hours spent on manual entries.
For cross-border matters, partners frequently duplicated entries, and compliance documentation was scattered across separate local file servers, raising compliance and auditing concerns.

We mapped the intake process, billing rules, and document trails for both UK and UAE legal standards. We designed a custom client and matter structure in Zoho CRM that segments data appropriately while offering unified reporting to leadership.
We connected Zoho Books for automated time-tracking, billing calculations, and multi-currency support (GBP and AED), and linked Zoho Projects to keep partners aligned on critical legal deadlines and case structures.
