The Challenge

Expensive licensing, scattered data.

The firm was paying high annual Salesforce licensing fees but utilizing less than 20% of its features. Because Salesforce was configured on tool defaults and not around their processes, advisors preferred to manage client interactions, commissions, and asset schedules in localized Excel sheets.

This data fragmentation meant client portfolios were out of sync, invoice generation took days, and preparing executive dashboards required hours of manual extraction and consolidation. Data privacy and compliance reporting were also major operational challenges.


Our Approach

Structured migration, custom configuration.

We mapped their client onboarding and advisory billing workflows during a comprehensive discovery phase. We then designed a unified database structure to migrate eight years of client records safely from Salesforce with zero relationship degradation.

We configured Zoho CRM with customized deal structures, connected Zoho Books to automate advisory fee invoices, and implemented Zoho Sign for secure, compliant client agreements. Finally, we built dashboard reports in Zoho Analytics to give executives a single view of performance metrics.
